The promise as it stands

Every page is checked by a person before the book goes to print. If something is still wrong when it reaches you, we reprint the book at our cost and you keep the first copy. You do not have to post anything back.

Tell us within a week of the book arriving. A photograph of the problem helps, whether it is a printing fault or a page that does not look like your child.

The full terms are still being written

This page will spell out three things properly: what happens when the drawing is not what you hoped for, what happens when the printing or binding is faulty, and what happens when the book misses the date you needed it for. Those are different cases and they deserve different answers, so they are being written rather than guessed at.
